Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Payment Policy
    • A deposit of €40 per person is required at the time of booking, plus €1 processing fee per person.
    • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, as per Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.
    • The deposit is valid only for the current season and year. If unused within this time frame, it will be forfeited and cannot be reused.

Changes to Reservation
    • Name or date changes are possible only subject to availability.
    • If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of availability, the deposit will still not be refunded.
    • For group bookings: for example, if 10 people book but only 8 show up, the deposit paid by the 2 missing people will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reused.

Payment Method
    • We only accept cash payments, as the connection for electronic payments is unstable and unreliable.

Force Majeure or Unexpected Events
    • No refunds will be issued in the event of external or unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to:
        ◦ adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, etc.),
        ◦ road closures,
        ◦ personal or family issues,
        ◦ any other event beyond our control.

Stornierungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen
    • Bei der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 40 € pro Person zu leisten, zuzüglich 1 € Bearbeitungsgebühr pro Person.
    • Die Anzahlung ist in keinem Fall erstattungsfähig, gemäß Art. 1385 des italienischen Zivilgesetzbuches.
    • Die Anzahlung ist nur für die aktuelle Saison und das laufende Jahr gültig. Wird sie in diesem Zeitraum nicht genutzt, verfällt sie ersatzlos.

Änderungen der Buchung
    • Namens- oder Datumsänderungen sind nur bei Verfügbarkeit möglich.
    • Sollte eine Umbuchung nicht möglich sein, wird die Anzahlung dennoch nicht zurückerstattet.
    • Bei Gruppenbuchungen: Wenn z. B. 10 Personen gebucht haben, aber nur 8 anreisen, verfällt die Anzahlung der 2 fehlenden Personen und kann weder zurückerstattet noch übertragen werden.

Zahlungsart
    • Es werden nur Barzahlungen akzeptiert, da die Verbindung für elektronische Zahlungen instabil und unzuverlässig ist.

Höhere Gewalt oder unvorhersehbare Ereignisse
    • Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung im Falle von äußeren oder unvorhersehbaren Umständen, unter anderem bei:
        ◦ schlechtem Wetter (Regen, Schnee usw.),
        ◦ Straßensperrungen,
        ◦ persönlichen oder familiären Problemen,
        ◦ allen anderen Ereignissen außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
