Dear guests and everyone who is interested in staying overnight in the hut!

Please note our opening times! We are only open during the summer, the hut is closed for the rest of the year.

Because of the flood of inquiries we normally receive, we had to change our registration system!
We are simply overhelmed with an estimated 10,000 e-mail inquiries per year and are no longer able to respond personally to all the incoming mails.
Requests to reserve sleeping places can only be accepted online via our website! The program will be activated at the beginning of the new year.
We usually start from the middle / end of February with the registration of the reservations received for the respective summer season. Since there are always more than a thousand inquiries that are processed chronologically, it may take some time before you will receive an answer. Waiting times of up to 3 weeks are more the norm!
If the request is made twice or even more often, they will all automatically end up in SPAM. Please make alternative dates on one and the same request, not several requests! Please do not make any new inquiries if you have received our answer, but reply to this as a return mail!
The automatic response you receive to your request is not a reservation confirmation! A confirmation, provided there is space, will only be given later and is expressly marked as such.
Unfortunately, we do not have a stable internet connection at the hut, and we sometimes have to walk around to find a network connection to download the inquiries.
As soon as the hut is open, we can be reached for emergencies and urgent messages via WhatsApp on +39 389 9076228. only in writing.
Our outdated directional radio telephone is unfortunately no longer usable!
Credit cards don't work without a telephone line either! Payments are only possible by cash or bank check!
Please note that the reservation requests must be filled in completely!
Please indicate exactly what type of accommodation you want, beds or dormitory places, with or without half board, and an alternative choice if your first choice is no longer available. In the absence of an alternative request, you will only receive a rejection if your first choice is not available!
On Saturdays only bookings with half board are possible!

If you have made an inquiry despite the stated NON-AVAILABILITY, you will not receive any answer! You already know that we are fully booked!

Camping is forbidden in the entire area of the nature park.
The closer a tent is to the hut, the more conspicuous it is and the greater the likelihood of a check by the nature park rangers or the police. There are penalties of Euro150.00 per person if caught wild camping.
